As a Senior Assistant General Counsel, Contracts & Corporate at Dollar Tree’s corporate office, you’ll serve as a trusted legal advisor to leaders across the enterprise on a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate matters, with significant responsibility for agreements supporting our Information Technology organization. Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and hosted services agreements, software licenses, managed services agreements, master services and consulting agreements, statements of work confidentiality agreements, and other agreements.
