This position is our fast-growing, closed-door pharmacy and requires managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their orders.

You retrieve medication from stock, count and package orders for pharmacist review, maintain clean and well-supplied workstations, support inventory replenishment, and ensure pre-packaged auxiliary items remain at appropriate par levels. You occasionally contact patients for customer service calls and follow up on shipped orders, while working within multiple computer systems to provide accurate medication details and clinical information.
