Communicates effectively with prescribers, nurses, patients/caregivers, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare personnel to support safe and coordinated patient care. Maintains operational oversight of medication-use systems, including Epic Willow, Omnicell, medication builds, dispensing logic, inventory alignment, discrepancies, variances, and system-related alerts.
