Effectively supervises and coordinates the overall management of activities of the pharmacy technicians/Medication Management Navigators including scheduling, training, coaching and counseling, and performance evaluations, thus ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of work is maintained in the pharmacy patient assistance operation and the various satellite clinics within their assigned territory. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
