Responsible for evaluating, refining, developing, and implementing workflow processes, leading staff training and development, conducting performance evaluations and competency assessments, overseeing timekeeping which includes tracking and reporting overtime, assisting with payroll, and scheduling staff. Supervises clinical technician activities to ensure KPI metrics met including working on time, pump maintenance pickups and supply management.
