This includes: building and maintaining professional relationships with providers, patients, families, insurers, other units, and staff, coordinating workflow, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, anticipating business needs to assist in the growth and success of the business, inventory control and complex compounding and distribution of pharmaceuticals, IV solutions and documentation as ordered by prescribers.
