Responsible for all pharmacy operational, educational, clinical, and business aspects for areas of responsibility these include addressing and coordinating patient management issues fiscal operations scheduling staff recruiting, orientation, training and development monitoring workflow and ensuring appropriate pharmacist and technical staffing in patient care areas. Coordinate content development and training activities for pharmacy specific educational and clinical programs targeted for students, residents, fellows, and faculty areas of focus include clinical skill development, provision of clinical pharmacy services, experiential education and critical thinking/problem solving.
