Reporting to Endless’s Managing Director, the Head of Philanthropy will partner closely with the Principal, Endless leadership, and Dalio Philanthropies to set strategy, oversee grantmaking, develop partnerships, and lead a high-performing team focused on meaningful, measurable impact. Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $300,000-375,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset).
