The Field Service & Technical Sales Engineer is primarily responsible for conducting repair, maintenance and troubleshooting work on sold products, especially polishing machines (for fiber optic product) at company's office. Based in Atlanta, visit customers sites throughout the United States, Mexico, and other regions within the Americas to conduct follow-up activities on sold products, provide product explanations, and support sales activities.
