Phlebotomists are an essential part of our Laboratory workflow and are responsible for specimen collection, activating and entering orders, faxing or sending orders, weekly outreach facility collections, and receiving outpatient orders and clinic-collected specimens. The working conditions include a clean, well-lighted area that involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists involved.
