wind tower multiple times per day and work comfortably at height- Ability to walk across the hub and, in an emergency, rappel off- Comfortable working in confined spaces- Frequent climbing, walking, standing, and bending- Ability and willingness to repeatedly handle up to 50 lbs- Due to fall protection design parameters, the combined weight of the employee, required PPE, and gear must not exceed 300 lbs (PPE and gear may weigh up to 40 lbs). Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures- Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely- Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment- Accurately document all work performed- Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
