p>Responsibilities: • Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results • Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines • Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers • Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians • Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals • Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Minnesota state license, CPR certification Outgoing and energetic personality New graduates are welcome!
