In this role, the engineer collaborates within a multidisciplinary team and plays a key role in directing technical efforts and project management, including scope development with clients, preparing and developing preliminary design reports, technical memorandums, feasibility studies, engineering calculations, hydraulic analysis and modeling support, preparing technical proposals, coordinating production of design drawings and specifications, conducting research, providing services during construction, providing QA/QC, and mentoring junior engineers and designers. Work includes the development of studies and technical reports, design and construction services for treatment facilities, collection and distribution systems; including, but not limited to, process evaluations and troubleshooting, feasibility studies, master planning, design, and regulatory negotiation/permitting.
