The Shop Foreman serves as a key operational and technical leader within the workshop and acts as a bridge between technicians, service leadership, advisors, parts, warranty administration, the manufacturer, and Group-level resources. Take an active role in work-order dispatch, repair mix, technician assignments, and prioritization of work based on technician skill level, workload, equipment requirements, and customer commitments.
