Services include provision of daily assessments to individuals, completion of physicals, medical examinations, including diagnosis, treatment and a plan of care with documentation of the acute issue, assessing injuries, performing therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, ordering laboratory tests, analyzing test results and/or referrals to hospital or specialist as required. Additional Information: Applicants must pass a fingerprint criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and registry checks including the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Nurse Aide, Medication Aide and Employee Misconduct and HHS List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
