Description <h3>Job Summary</h3>We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Chandler, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care to patients across all ages.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Provide full-spectrum primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management </li><li> Perform patient evaluations, wellness exams, and routine screenings </li><li> Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies </li><li> Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians </li><li> Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications </li><li> Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR </li><li> Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li> Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant </li><li> National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) </li><li> Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred </li><li> Strong clinical judgment and communication skills </li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team </li></ul><h3>Schedule & Compensation</h3><ul><li> Full-time outpatient schedule </li><li> Competitive compensation based on experience </li><li> Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match </li></ul>
