Primary Healthcare Centers is a group of non-profit community health centers dedicated to improving the health care status of our patients and our community by providing accessible, affordable, quality primary health care services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Since 1980, we have served as a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), offering medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.
