This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively with cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care. Evaluate and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and lipid disorders .
