Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) controlled substance II, Iln, III, Illn, IV, V as required by department, dependent on scope of practice; if employee required to have DEA, employee will request Medical Staff Privileges form and will go thru the AHP Med Staff privileging process to prescribe Controlled Substances 2-5. The Physician Assistant is the primary provider of care to acute, critical, complex chronically ill and well Acute Care patients collaboratively for the designated care service division.
