Oncologic Plastic Surgery at the PFCI Candidate must be able to perform a wide breadth of reconstructions that arise from oncologic treatments, including: Oncoplastic reconstructions following breast conservation therapy Breast reconstructions following mastectomy, including DIEP flaps Local tissue transfer and free flap reconstruction of soft tissue defects Tissue replacement following major pelvic extirpations (such as pelvic exenteration) Local tissue transfers and complex closures following Mohs surgery Busy surgical services in need of microvascular plastic surgery support Practice location will be the Packnett Family Cancer Institute located at 11050 Parkview Circle, Fort Wayne, IN 46845 The PFCI is housed in a 200,000 square foot free-standing building located on the campus of the Parkview Regional Medical Center Parkview Health Committed to patients first- bringing the highest quality healthcare to the people of northern Indiana and northwestern Ohio.
