li>Maintains accurate medication information (missed doses, medication reconciliation, patient-reported side effects, and dose changes), investigates prescription barriers, reports order updates to the clinic, and schedules orders for delivery/pickup in a timely manner.
Dispensing & Distribution Team: Responsible for the dispensing of oral oncology medications under the supervision of the Dispensing Operations Pharmacist, including but not limited to accurately counting and filling, ordering and stocking, packaging and shipping of oral oncology medications.
