Talent Acquisition continues to evolve, and this role evolves with it- this person needs to be a strong talent acquisition practitioner with strong overall talent expertise, business acumen, innovation, change leadership, using data insights and emerging tech to improve business outcomes. This role will help strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire talent across the Commercial Bank, with strong focus on recruiting talent in the following areas: Capital Markets, Treasury, Middle Market, Real Estate, Commercial lending & credit, relationship & portfolio management.
