This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft Job Description Provide engineering leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers Develop Statements of Work (SOW) to meet research, development, and business requirements, securing necessary approval Respond to SOW changes by assessing impacts and negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules Lead project execution to successfully deliver on defined objectives and requirements Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate project success Plan, identify, and coordinate resources required throughout the project or program lifecycle Define and implement risk mitigation strategies and identify opportunities for improvement Compare actual performance against baseline plans to assess efficiency, productivity, and lessons learned Provide technical, business, and integration leadership with minimal supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Project Management Professional Certification • Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations • Experience with Export Compliance or International programs • Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects • Project management experience in an engineering environment • Experience in engineering project planning or project management • Experience supporting weapons systems • Experience working directly with government customers •Experience collaborating across functions and organizations Education: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
