Education & Experience• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five (5) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencee• Factory airframe/power plant schools preferred• FAR 135 operations preferred Skills• Electrical troubleshooting and refined vibration-balancing• Sheet metal and composite repair procedures• Ability to read and understand various documents such as 337's, Service Bulletins, AD's, etc.• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment• Ability to be a team player with a professional attitude• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotationComputer Skills• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • RAMCO experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations• FAA A&P License in good standing.• Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:• Serves as Lead Mechanic in the absence of the Lead Mechanic.• Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.• Upon installation or removal of any component or assembly, the Mechanic shall verify by physical inspection or markings on the part that the part number and serial number match the associated documentation (Status Report, if item is tracked), Parts Tag, 8130-3, 337, or any other maintenance release.•
