Demonstrated project controls expertise, including maintaining detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule and budget baselines, tracking actual progress and financial performance, analyzing variances, and driving proactive corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you are expected to establish ownership, maintain disciplined plans and forecasts, use KPIs to drive proactive action, escalate early, manage scope and change through process, and demonstrate commercial judgement in decisions that affect margin, risk, and client outcomes.
