QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other science or mathematical related degree, or equivalent combination of education and technical/field experience demonstrated over multiple years of related work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Incorporate and lead Mortenson's quality system across the operating group: This will require working in close collaboration across the organization with design, operations, and project teams to lead planning, development, and implementation of the Quality Management Plan.
