The Manager, Hotel Reporting plays a critical role in driving the accuracy, integrity, and insightfulness of the accounting and reporting for Host’s hotel portfolio, including management fees, rental income, hotel expenses, key operating metrics, and related financial compliance matters. Oversee the financial compliance of management agreements, REIT lease agreements, and other related agreements, including the review of base and incentive management fees, owner’s priority, owner’s distributions, and rental payment calculations.
