Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and project participation for the Outbound Operations team that includes, among other things, the development of scorecards for specific key performance indicators, analysis of the data and implementation of new ideas and processes. Accountable for overall driver training, driver payroll, time-at-home, driver retention, idle reduction, MPG improvement, driver load dispatch assignment, load optimization, equipment usage, and effective use of the driver management system.
