This role balances customer orders, forecasts, plant capacity, labor, and material availability, and partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to keep the production plan realistic, current, and aligned with business priorities. Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning tools, ERP systems, and inventory management software; ability to read work orders, diagrams, bills of material, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
