Financial modeling, valuation, comparable & relative value analyses and market-specific analysis including building discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions, leveraged buyout and merger combination analyses model. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years investment banking, corporate finance, and M&A experience with a top tier investment bank OR an MBA concentrating in Finance and a current Vice President (or equivalent) at a top tier investment bank.
