Balance and oversee operational activities including but not limited to production, quality, inventory control, rework, sampling, preparation of upcoming molds, tools, equipment, and supplies, screw cleaning, color consolidation. The Production Manager provides leadership and directs manufacturing personnel in the safe, efficient, high quality manufacture and on time production of the company’s products in accordance with our mission and core values.
