Perform skilled carpentry work including rough and finish carpentry, cabinet work, roof repair, fence building and other related areas; construct, install, remodel and repair a variety of facility components such as counters, tables, decks, bookshelves, cabinets, partitions, walls, windows, doors and masonry walls; construct specialized items as required; construct, install, adjust, align and fit or replace doors, door frames, jams, windows, ceilings, baseboards, paneling and molding using a variety of materials including wood, steel, aluminum, tin, plaster and drywall. Maintain facilities and fixtures within the Carson Nugget and its subsidiaries in a functional condition by receiving work orders, conferring with supervisors to determine work priorities and exact specifications of work requested, estimating supplies, materials and costs of repair projects, requisitioning necessary materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment to assist in meeting the goals and objectives of the Carson Nugget's Golden Touch guest service and preventative maintenance program.
