Must have experience trouble shooting, servicing, installing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, commercial plumbing fixtures, back flow preventers, commercial water heaters, boilers, gas piping, gas fired equipment, sprinkler systems, and lift stations. It needs to be stated that regardless of an employee’s “Skill Level” designation or position all employees of the maintenance area of the Operations Department are to perform all types of work they are qualified to perform when called upon.
