The Plumber maintains various mechanical supply and drains lines; to include clearing clogged lines, repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures, conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, water filters, water heaters, high- and low-pressure steam lines, gas lines, gas meters, gas fixtures, gas regulators, vessels, drains and other plumbing appliances. While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell.
