p>About the porter position: We're looking for a talented porter who will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property, with maximization of the property's marketing appeal with the highest level of customer satisfaction in mind.
p>This position supports all departments with cleaning needs and requires attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet daily and weekly maintenance needs.

li>The employee is frequently required to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc., work in an overhead position and/or reaching, repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and or fingers, adjust or move objects in all directions of 100+ lbs., lift and place objects of 100+ lbs., communicate with others to exchange information, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals.
