Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role supports a positive resident experience by maintaining common areas , amenities, exterior spaces, and other assigned locations while assisting with move-ins, move-outs, turn, inspections, and resident events. Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, recycling, and waste-management activities, including collecting and transporting refuse, maintaining trash rooms, dumpsters, compactors, and loading areas, and supporting timely vendor and hauler service.
