It is critical that the following areas remain neat and free of litter at all times: Pool area, Laundry room, Mail rooms/area (if applicable), dumpster areas, Recreation areas, Grounds adjacent to the road, in front of the office, Walkways to and from, and in-between buildings Parking lots and drives. This role is non-exempt and has an anticipated pay rate of $19 for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations.
