Duties of the position are maintaining a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and resident welfare, keeping common areas, grounds, flowerbeds, hallways, garages, parking lots, and alleys clean and neat, responding proactively to tasks regarding cleanliness and the appearance of building interiors and exteriors, doing regular vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, pressure washing, and working with the Maintenance Supervisor and Business Manager on scheduled monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning tasks.
