Historically the Line of Business has been focused primarily on Sale & Leaseback transactions in the Renewables sector including wind, solar, storage and other forms of renewable investment, but is now broadening its scope to include construction and back-leverage deals within renewable energy, as well as entering other sub-sectors within Energy & Infrastructure. Experience in back-leverage transaction, community solar, distributed generation and other project finance assets (gas-fired power, LNG, transmission), Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate banking credits, cash flow analysis, and underwriting guidelines.
