Under the supervision of the Campus Director of Disability and Accessibility Services, the Caseload Assistant provides essential support to ODAS in coordinating academic accommodations for students with documented permanent or temporary disabilities through effective performance in these essential duties: Key responsibilities include: Supports a designated caseload of students with documented permanent and/or temporary disabilities. Connecticut State Community College commits to bold and disruptive change by actively identifying, naming, and dismantling structural racism, systemic poverty, and other barriers; establishing equitable and anti-racist policies and practices; and empowering students, faculty, staff, and administrators to advance racial, social, and economic justice.
