Direct daily activities for on-shift crew to safely operate power plant equipment including: turbines, generators, boilers, selective catalytic reduction (SCR), spray dry adsorber (SDA), baghouse, mercury removal, water treatment, coal handling, heavy equipment and photovoltaic solar systems using Emerson Ovation DCS control. Perform SAP medium-user duties including: OTL (Oracle Time Labor) entry and approval, MSS (Manager Self Service), work requests, work orders, move orders, Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, equipment readings, commodity usage, and performance metrics.
