In this role you will approximately 16 patients per day for annual wellness checks, identification and treatment of chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, laboratory services and immunizations.</h2><ul><li><h2><b>This role features an annual base salary of $285,000.00 / Year</b></h2></li><li><h2><b>Starting incentive of $75,000.00 </b></h2></li><li><h2><b>Relocation of up to $20,000.00 for eligible household moves</b></h2></li><li><h2>Quality Incentives starting at $30,000.00 / Year</h2></li><li><h2>You will practice at an Intermountain Health Primary Care Clinic.</h2></li><li><h2>Yourweekly schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts <i><b>or</b></i> 5 8-hour shifts</h2></li><li><h2>No nights, weekends or hospital call required</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Requirements of this role:</b></h2><ul><li><h2><i><b>5+ years experience in primary care</b></i></h2></li><li><h2>MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine</h2></li><li><h2>Residency training in <b>Family or Internal Medicine</b></h2></li><li><h2>Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline</h2></li><li><h2>Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one</h2></li><li><h2>Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Preferences for this role:</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Experience in managed care and/or geriatric care</h2></li><li><h2>Fluency in Medical Spanish preferred (not required)</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>How we'll support you.</b></h2><h2></h2><h2>We care about your well-being, which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
