Education & Work Experience: Associate degree in engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of applicable industrial or manufacturing experience. Partnering with other members of the Value Stream Team, including quality, product, and industrial engineers, you will help execute process requirements and provide technical support to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, production capacity, and process yields.
