The role requires close collaboration with propulsion, vehicle integration, thermal management, calibration, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure cooling systems meet performance, durability, efficiency, quality, cost, and timing targets throughout the product development lifecycle. Lead the engineering development of complete cooling systems including radiators, coolant pumps, expansion tanks, hoses, pipes, thermostats, valves, cooling modules, heat exchangers, degas systems, electric pumps, and associated components.
