Partner with our clients and delivery teams, including subject matter experts across the firm, to enable, lead, and manage various deliverables such as: OCFO assessments & roadmaps, acquisition accounting, reporting/FP&A optimization, 13 week cash flows, purchase accounting, working capital true-ups, close process optimization, accounting support, M&A integration, data strategy, organizational assessment/realignment, system implementations, quality of earnings, buy- and sell-side due diligence. What You''ll Do: As a Partner, you will report to the Managing Partner of the Private Equity service line and serve as a member of our leadership team to help continue the rapid growth of our Private Equity practice where we serve as an extension of the PE Sponsors to support portfolio companies' accounting, finance, and technological needs.
