p>Essential Responsibilities: • Collaborate daily with maintenance technicians and process engineers to meet production demands • Drive continuous improvement projects with respect to equipment availability, cost reduction, and yield improvement • Establish and manage the spare parts to meet repair budgets • Support cross functional problem solving, involving facilities, maintenance and process engineering • Work with procurement and suppliers to select strategic equipment and ensure continuity of spare part supply and quality • Manage installation and startup of new or retrofit equipment • Mentor and lead lower-level equipment engineering team members.
Required Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field Experience - Minimum 6 years in related fields Understanding of and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems Understanding of pumps, high vacuum systems and Rf generators Problem solving and communication of action plans Travel - Up to 10% Fluency in English Language - both written & verbal Physical Capacity Demands - Ability to lift and carry parts up to 30 lbs, stand, or bend and crouch to inspect, or work on equipment in the clean room for extended periods of time.
