This role will only consider W2 candidates and not C2C candidates. Job Summary We are looking for a Principal UX Designer to build and lead the research function for Henry Schein One. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft studies, analyze results, and deliver key insights. You have strong business and product competence, deep customer empathy, a talent for storytelling, and the ability to work well with cross functional partners. You have experience across research, UI, and UX design, with deep expertise in, and passion for, research. You are excited to get your hands dirty, but also seek to mentor, or even directly manage, a team of designers. This is a highly interactive role requiring the skills of a team player who can dig into the details of business requirements with sometimes complex technical constraints. You'll bring knowledge of design best practices, identify research needs in the product roadmap, and actively manage and facilitate communications with stakeholders. Job Summary This position is responsible for leading department-wide focus on the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application security program across research, development, quality assurance, support, and IT systems.
