The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis Team- Rely will facilitate, coordinate and evaluate the clinical services, operation and efficiency of Rely's services by providing supervision to assigned staff, maintaining good communication and ensuring quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment.
