<div><strong>Sales Representative: </strong>Education Markets (K-12 / Schools) and other organizations needing to raise funds.<br/><br/><strong>Full-Time | Field-Based | Central Illinois Territory.</strong><br/> (Champaign, Peoria, Springfield, Bloomington, Decatur, and surrounding areas).<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Important Notice:</strong></div><ul><li>This position is open <strong>only to candidates currently living in or near Central Illinois</strong>.</li><li>Applicants outside the United States will <strong>not be considered</strong>.</li><li>Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>This is an <strong>in-person, field sales role</strong> with regular travel to schools and districts across Central Illinois.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>About the Role:<br/></strong>This role focuses on building partnerships with schools and districts to help them raise funds and meet their goals. The position offers a flexible schedule, field-based autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.<br/><br/></div><div>We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven professional to join our team and grow our presence within schools and educational institutions. In this role you will manage and expand an existing portfolio of school and district accounts, while also identifying and winning new business opportunities. With unlimited earning potential, you’ll thrive if you’re self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering results.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned school and district accounts: build trust, understand their needs, deliver value.</li><li>Grow revenue and market share within existing accounts by upselling, cross-selling, introducing new products or services.</li><li>Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts within the education sector (schools, districts, educational programs).</li><li>Develop and execute strategic territory or account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Present solutions, demos or proposals to school decision-makers (principals, superintendents, procurement, IT directors etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.</li><li>Monitor and analyze customer trends, budgets, procurement cycles and competitive landscape in the education market.</li><li>Travel to school sites and customer locations, attend events as required.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a territory/account-management setting.</li><li>Experience working with schools or educational institutions is strongly preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage both existing accounts and new business development.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong self-motivated, hard-working, dedicated mindset - you own your results.</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a field/territory role with travel.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Must reside in or near Central Illinois and be available for in person interactions with our customers.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>What We Offer:</strong></div><ul><li>Unlimited commission (earning potential uncapped).</li><li>Opportunity to work with established accounts and make an immediate impact.</li><li>Clear career growth path for high performers.</li><li>Resources and support: training in education vertical, sales tools, marketing collateral.</li><li>Flexible work schedule.</li><li>Training and tools provided.</li><li>1099 or employee options available.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Compensation:</strong> Pay range $60,000+ with unlimited earning potential.
