The primary focus of this role is to facilitate instructional coaching cycles and design and deliver high-quality professional learning that improves student outcomes and promotes equitable access to rigorous STEM instruction. Reporting to the High School Principal, the Instructional Coach supports district initiatives, school improvement goals, and the instructional priorities of West Springfield Public Schools.
